Born and raised in Southern California, Mary is a visual communication designer and considers herself professionally tired.
All jokes aside, Mary has been lucky enough to have the opportunity to pursue a career in design. Starting out with a familiarity in fine art, Mary began to ask herself how she could possibly do this for the rest of her life. She found that visual communication design gave her the tools to take her fine art skills and apply them in a realistic setting.
Mary tries her best to constantly experiment with different physical elements and push her understanding what design could be. Mary finds that the imperfections and inconsistencies of using different processes and materials becomes more visually interesting in her digital work. She is always working towards bettering her skills and refining her technique and practices.
